As a leading enterprise in China’s industrial automation sector, Yikong Intelligent is pleased to announce that we have officially signed an industry–university cooperation agreement with the prestigious Lanzhou University. Beginning in November 2025, the two parties will jointly launch a collaborative education program and establish the “Talent Development Base of the School of Management, Lanzhou University.” This initiative aims to explore new models for cultivating innovative talent through industry–university integration, enabling resource sharing and complementary strengths, serving regional economic development, and delivering more high-quality professionals who combine management expertise with practical capability.

A strong alliance to blueprint a new chapter in talent development
Lanzhou University, a key comprehensive university directly under the Ministry of Education, is one of China’s “Project 985” and “Project 211” universities and is listed among the national “Double First-Class” institutions. Its School of Management upholds the motto of “Seeking Truth and Innovation,” committed to cultivating “management elites, academic elites in management, and high-level management technology experts,” and enjoys a strong reputation both domestically and internationally.

Yikong Intelligent is a national-level “Little Giant” enterprise with 22 years of industrial experience, specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of core AGV/AMR motion control components, navigation systems, and intelligent scheduling systems. Its product portfolio includes AGV drive wheels, servo drives, motors, and other key components, along with customized vehicle-level solutions. Leveraging its 10,000 m² production base and over 200 patents, the company’s products are widely applied in intelligent logistics, smart manufacturing, aerospace, and other high-end sectors, serving more than 10,000 customers across 35 countries, including global industry leaders such as Siemens, Tesla, and CRRC. Yikong Intelligent has become a driving force in the field of industrial automation.

This cooperation represents a deep strategic alignment between the two parties based on a shared vision for talent cultivation and future development. Under the agreement, Yikong Intelligent will actively fulfill its corporate social responsibility by providing stable internship positions and clear career guidance for students from the School of Management, creating a high-quality platform that deeply integrates theory with real-world practice.

Looking ahead: Opening a new chapter in industry–university collaboration
The successful partnership between Yikong Intelligent and Lanzhou University not only opens a window for Lanzhou University students to step into the high-end manufacturing and automation sectors—allowing them to hone management capabilities and enhance practical skills in real industrial environments—but also establishes a stable and high-quality talent pipeline for Yikong Intelligent.

Both sides have expressed that this collaboration is only the starting point. In the future, based on the internship base, the partnership will gradually expand into broader areas such as joint curriculum development, collaborative research projects, executive lectures, and co-building laboratories, jointly exploring an integrated innovation pathway of “industry–academia–research–application.” This will provide strong momentum for Lanzhou University’s “Double First-Class” discipline development and its mission of cultivating innovative talent, while injecting intellectual support into Yikong Intelligent’s ongoing innovation and growth.
