Yikong helps upgrade China's military equipment!
Jiangsu Yikong is a company focusing on the automatic navigation equipment industry. Recently, it received an invitation from a military-industrial enterprise to transform jacks and specially launched a project to develop a self-travel jack for the military-industrial enterprise.
Necessity of jack upgrade
The jack before the upgrade and renovation was promoted by manpower and required multiple people to promote it, and the staff worked particularly hard and had low work efficiency. In order to improve the automation of military equipment, reduce the workload of logistics maintenance personnel, and improve the work efficiency of logistics troops, it is urgent to develop a self-travel jack.
Determine the plan
By analyzing the mechanical structure of the original jack, the original three-legged universal wheel was replaced, the horizontal steering wheel driven by electric power was used, and a stepper motor drive lifting mechanism was designed on the steering wheel installation plate to level the jack. The control part uses a wireless remote control handle to send commands to the jack body, so that the jack moves according to the control of the handle operator, reducing the staff required for the jack to move, and one person can complete the jack movement.
Technical Difficulty: Movement and Movement Control of the Vehicle Body
The automatic walking jack body is analyzed as an equilateral triangular three-drive wheel motion model. The physical geometric analysis of the vehicle body is obtained to calculate the formula, and the installation accuracy of the body machinery and rudder wheel is required. If the data cannot be obtained more precisely, it is easy to cause the three rudder wheels to pull each other and cause an overcurrent alarm. The jack has a flexible movement method, which can move forward, backward, turn, slant, and rotate in place. The vehicle body analysis is as follows:
Jack leveling control
The purpose of a jack is to hoist the aircraft, so the jack should be leveled before hoisting. Use two-axis horizontal sensors to detect the current inclination angle, the plc controller performs PID calculation and sends the command to the stepper motor. The three stepper motors drive the steering wheel to rise or fall according to the command, and level the jack through the above steps.
Safety protection
The automatic walking jack is equipped with a non-contact laser anti-collision radar. Obstacles are in the peripheral area of the lidar detection. The jack runs at low speed. In the internal area, the jack stops running and calls an alarm. Install lidar horizontally on the three steering wheels for two-dimensional plane protection of the horizontal plane; install lidar inclinedly on the three inclined rods, which is a pseudo-
