Product Introduction
Our differential wheels adopt advanced design to achieve flexible steering and precise control, which is very suitable for complex industrial environments. The drive wheel effectively improves maneuverability through the differential mechanism, allowing the equipment to operate efficiently in a narrow space.
1. Planetary reducer transmission structure, compact structure, low noise, and large output torque;
2. Differential wheel series (named by wheel diameter mm): 120, 150, 180, 200, 220, 240, 250 series application coverage.
3. Differential wheel load range: 150kg-2500kg series;
4. 12V-96V input voltage range;
5. Optional polyurethane wheel or rubber wheel structure;
6. Optional DC brush, AC asynchronous, permanent magnet servo motor, power range 100W-3KW;
7. Optional parts: shock absorber spring, incremental/absolute encoder, brake and other components.
8. Custom series: explosion-proof motor, low temperature motor, high IP protection level.
