Product Introduction

The horizontal steering wheel without steering adopts a compact design, with high stability and flexible driving characteristics, especially suitable for AGV (automatic guided vehicle), automated production lines and logistics equipment. This product focuses on front and rear linear motion control, does not have autonomous steering capabilities, and usually needs to be matched with a steering wheel or other steering components to achieve complex path control.

1. Parallel shaft gears and planetary reducers are optional, with compact structure, low noise and large output torque;

2. Horizontal drive wheel series (named by wheel diameter mm): 150, 167, 198, 220, 250, 270, 300, 410, 600 full range of application coverage;

3. Horizontal drive wheel load range: 600kg-20000kg series;

4. 12V-96V input voltage range, this steering wheel does not have steering;

5. Polyurethane wheel or rubber wheel structure is optional;

6. DC brush, AC asynchronous, permanent magnet servo motor are optional, with a power range of 400W-15KW;

7. Optional components: shock absorbing spring, limit switch, original switch, incremental/absolute encoder, potentiometer and other components.
