Production Environment

Production capacity and perfect supply chain system
Our factory covers an area of over 10000 square meters and can produce up to 100000 units of motors, drivers, and steering wheels annually. The company has established a strategic cooperation network with over 100 core suppliers, with precise control of key component inventory turnover within 7 days, supporting a global on-time delivery rate of over 99.2% for orders. Through the MES digital system, the entire process from raw material procurement to finished product delivery is visualized and controlled, ensuring rapid response to flexible production and customized needs, and providing efficient and stable supply chain support for the market.
Precision machining workshop
Multiple five axis CNC machining centers and coordinate measuring instruments (with an accuracy of ± 0.01mm) are deployed in the workshop, focusing on high-precision machining of PLT drive wheel core components, including the machining and testing of key components such as planetary gears and harmonic reducer housings. The precision of gear tooth surface machining reaches ISO 5 level, which enables the durability of components in heavy-duty AGV and special vehicle scenarios to exceed 20000 hours, meeting the requirements of high-strength industrial applications.
Assembly workshop
Led by over 10 senior technicians with an average of over 10 years of industry experience, the assembly process strictly adheres to ISO 9001 standardized operating procedures, covering core technical aspects such as laser calibration of motor reducer coaxiality, dynamic clearance adjustment of brakes, testing of encoder signal coupling, and linear calibration of torque sensors. After each drive wheel is assembled, it must pass 100% online quality inspection to ensure a one-time assembly pass rate of up to 99.8%, ensuring product reliability from the source.
Test workshop
The workshop is equipped with professional equipment such as a high and low temperature circulation box (-30 ℃ to+70 ℃), a salt spray testing machine (1000 hours of neutral salt spray testing), and a dynamic load testing platform. It systematically performs 12 comprehensive performance verifications, including 72 hours of continuous full load testing (rated load 150% impact, current fluctuation<± 5%), temperature rise efficiency curve analysis (motor temperature rise ≤ 65K, energy efficiency ≥ 92%), IP65 protection level verification, and noise detection (no load ≤ 55dB, full load ≤ 68dB). All drive wheels, drivers and other products must meet strict quality standards before they can be delivered from the factory, ensuring high reliability product guarantee for customers.
